Role Description (Full-time, Remote, Based in Indonesia or Philippines)

This is an offshore position for candidates based outside Singapore.

The Architectural Drafter will be responsible for creating detailed technical, engineering, and architectural drawings, utilizing computer-aided design (CAD) software. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with the design team, interpreting project requirements, and producing precise drawings that meet the company's high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Architectural Design Service

Assist in developing initial design concepts and massing studies.

Prepare schematic drawings and 3D visualizations.

Produce detailed architectural drawings including plans, elevations, sections, and site layouts.

Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.

Prepare construction documentation sets for submission and tender.

Revise drawings based on client feedback and regulatory requirements.

Collaborate with project managers, consultants, and contractors to ensure design intent is maintained.

Interior Design Services

Draft layout plans for furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E).

Optimize spatial flow and functionality based on client requirements.

Prepare mood boards and material palettes.

Draft detailed drawings for finishes, joinery, and custom furniture.

Produce detailed drawings for ceilings, walls, cabinetry, and lighting layouts.

Create presentation drawings and renderings for client approval.

General Responsibilities

Maintain organized drawing files and version control.

Ensure accuracy and consistency across all drawing sets.

Adhere to project timelines and deliverables.

Participate in design reviews and team meetings.

Qualifications

Proficiency in

CAD software

(e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar). Strong technical drawing and visualization skills. Experience in preparing

architectural and engineering drawings

. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Good communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work

independently and remotely

. Relevant experience in the

design, architecture, or construction industry

is an advantage. Bachelor's degree or diploma in

Architecture, Engineering, or a related field
