Job Description
:
1. Interpret architectural and engineering designs to create accurate and detailed technical drawings, including plans, elevations, sections, and details.
2. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and specifications.
3. Utilize computer-aided design (CAD) software to draft and revise construction drawings efficiently.
4. Ensure drawings comply with relevant codes, regulations, and standards applicable in Singapore.
5. Prepare and update documentation, such as as-built drawings, to reflect changes during the construction process.
6. Coordinate with project managers and site personnel to address design-related issues and facilitate the construction process.
7. Maintain organized files and records of drawings, revisions, and project documentation.
8. Other Ad-hoc duties as assigned
