Job Description

Work Location: Various Location within Mainland Singapore Working Hours: Mon - Fri 8am - 5pm, Sat 8am - 12pm Monthly Base Salary: up to $5500 + Allowance + Variable Bonus (VB)

Responsibility

Manage the scheduling of architectural works, material requisitions, cost tracking, and related documentation to support project delivery Review architectural drawings and identify inconsistencies or clashes with M&E, structural, and client-provided specifications Oversee on-site architectural activities, ensuring quality control and adherence to design intent Supervise and coordinate the execution of architectural works to ensure alignment with project timelines and standards Verify that all materials used and work performed meet approved specifications and quality requirements Prepare and submit reports, documentation, and updates as required by the project team or management Liaise effectively with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and relevant authorities to facilitate smooth project execution Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by management, in line with project needs and professional capabilities

Requirements

Diploma/Degree in Architectural/Building Engineering or equivalent

and recognized by relevant authority

Minimum 2 year of relevant experience

in Architectural Engineering

Proficient in Microsoft Project and AutoCAD

Experience with HDB BTO project is an added advantage Possess own transport is and added advantage Candidate who can start immediately or within short notice will be preferred
