Responsibility : -

Supervise, check and oversee Architectural works at site.
Coordinate all Architectural services with other trades on site.
Co-ordination with Architectural subcontractors on their work and the builder's work.
Inspect all Architectural works and ensure the quality of work carried out by Architectural subcontractors.
Co-ordinate and arrange for handover of all replacements parts, warranties, operating manuals and maintenance tools and equipment.
Able to keep and monitoring RFI & RFA
Able to communicate & understand Architectural works
Able to accept the ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirement : -

Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Architecture or equivalent.
At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
