Job Description

PORTFOLIO - Industrial, Engineering and High-Tech Properties, Building and Facilities

• Carry out design/ design presentation drawings, coordinate and document overall site plans and buildings for Clients
• Liaise with clients and consultants on matters related to design, technical co-ordination, construction and regulations.
• Produce conceptual and schematic design and detail working drawings including selection of material
• Administer the Architectural sub-contractor contracts on site from inception to handover;
• Assist site personnel on technical and coordination issues for both design and construction;
• Ability to communicate clearly on all architecture matters; Conduct the following core work either independently or with a team - Concept Design / Basic Design / Detailed Design / Work Package Preparation / Tender Documents for your projects
• Ensure that designs are coordinated and comply with Standards, Local Authority Codes and Guidelines and Client Design
• Inspect on site during construction to ensure safety, quality and compliance with all design documents
• Identify and proactively solve detailing or coordination issues which may occur.

The ideal candidate must have at least a Degree and above in a relevant Technical discipline (Architecture, Civil) with at least 3-5 years of relevant experience within a similar portfolio context. You are expected to have strong experience in a similar role with good knowledge of current practices, codes of conducts and procedures. You must have a good command of spoken and writen English, and be assertive and confident in nature.
