Job Description
:-
The Architectural Executive will be responsible for the following tasks:-
- Minimum 2 years of local and relevant experience is required
- Assist Director to undertake Feasibility Study, Concept / Schematic Designs, Design
- Development and Design Detailing of projects including selection of material when necessary.
- Coordinate design drawings with consultants to comply with requirements of the authorities
- Assist Director to prepare tender drawings, liaising and coordinating with client, consultants
- Attend clients, consultants and sub-contractors\' meetings
- To check and ensure compliance with TOP check list and RI (Arch)
Job Requirements :-
- Minimum 2 years of local and relevant experience is compulsory
- Possess creative design thinking and excellent design detailing skills
- Competency in AutoCAD, Sketch-Up, V-Ray render, BIM (ArchiCAD), as well as basic rendering
- Familiar with Singapore\xe2\x80\x99s Codes of Practices and Regulations for the built environment
- Possess relevant Architecture Masters or Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree
- Able to work independently
- Possess good communication skills
