Responsibilities:
- Knowledge of fundamental principles and practices of architecture, construction materials and methods, and building codes;
- Research on materials, methods, and construction techniques;
- Interpret design concept and translating them into workable solution and ensure design quality and authority compliance;
- Conceptualize and present design proposal;
- Assist and support Architect in executing multiple architectural projects;
- Assist in tender drawings and material specifications;
- Assist in liaising and coordinating with consultants and contractors;
- Assist project Architect on site implementation.
Requirements:
- Recognized Degree in Architecture or equivalent, registrable with Board of Architects, Singapore;
- Well-verse in Singapore BCA BIM e-submission process, requirements and guidelines;
- Excellent knowledge and experience of Autodesk Building Design Suite software including Revit Architecture;
- Completed BCA Academy\xe2\x80\x99s BIM Modeling and BIM Management would be an added advantage;
- Fluent in Vietnamese language is an advantage as you will be required to communicate and liaise with Vietnamese clients.
