Manages project, able to handle architectural illustration and communicate with colleagues, interpret client's ideas Manage documentation, tendering, authority submission Manage construction phase drawing/BIM updates Manage project completion and closure - TOP, CSC, authority submission, site inspections, as-built Demonstrate and present the client's ideas in meeting either in the client's place or office Manage people and organizational functions Minimum 8 years' local (Singapore) experience as senior technical staff Possess a Degree or Diploma in Architecture or Architectural Studies Experience in AutoCAD, Revit, Sketchup, 3D modeling
