JOB SCOPE * Overall management and operation of the architectural team for project. * Attend progress meeting and technical meeting. * Attend BIM meeting and manage BIM coord JOB SCOPE Overall management and operation of the architectural team for project. Attend progress meeting and technical meeting. Attend BIM meeting and manage BIM coordination related to architectural. Preparation of drawing schedule and schedule management. Coordination with other parties such as C&S, and M&E. Drawing quality management Drawing, RFI submission management Subcontractor's drawing schedule and drawing management Manage site works related to architectural. Liaise with consultants to resolve technical and detailing issues for architectural work. Assist Project Manager in compilation of handling over documents including as-built drawings. Ability to interpret construction drawings for any discrepancies. skills & experience required Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or equivalent Diploma holders with years of experience in Architecture can also be considered. Minimum 10 years of working experience in the construction industry. Good technical and problem-solving skills. Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
