Job Description
Responsibilities
- Review project specifications, technical clarifications and construction drawings
- Carry out works scheduling, material requisition, cost control, project supervision and documentation
- Supervise structural/ architectural works; coordinate with client\xe2\x80\x99s representatives, consultants and sub-contractors on technical matters
- Ensure timely and smooth progress of works
- Ensure quality of works is achieved and safety regulations are complied with
- Diploma or Degree in Architecture
- 6 years in Architectural Planning/ detailing
- Good knowledge of Code of Practices
