Job Description
Responsibilities: Create and update Architectural BIM models based on In-house BIM Guidelines / Manual and BIM Execution Plan. Ensure proper documentation based on project BIM workflow. Ensure the models and documentation drawings comply with local authorities' code/regulations and submission requirements.Requirements: Minimally 2 years' of local experience in Revit Architectural BIM Modelling. BIM Coordination experience using Autodesk coordination software. Experienced in AutoCAD 2D/3D with other BIM related software knowledge will be an advantage (eg. Navisworks, Dynamo, SketchUp, etc) Recognized Certificate/Diploma/Degree in Architecture or BIM Modelling course.
