Role OverviewAssist Project Manager to create 3D model, coordinate the design and produce 2D shop drawing.Duties and Responsibilitya. Create & develop Architecture model either from scratch or existing supplied 2D CAD or PDF drawings.b.Ensure model quality and generate RFI's should there be any conflict between disciplines.c.Coordinate and assist the BIM team and other disciplines in modelling during Tender, Construction, As-built stage or even FM stage of the project.e.Generate Revit-based plans, diagrams, sections, elevations and schedule that can be used as tender drawing, drawing for Authority submission, shop drawing, fabrication drawing, as built drawing or even FM drawings.f.Maintenance & implementation of company's BIM standards, Architectural/Structure/MEP template, contents and library.Knowledge, Skill and Abilitiesa.Must have at least basic knowledge in Architecture, design, space planning. Experience in Drawing submission to authority is an advantage but not required.b.Proficient in Revit and Navisworks. Knowledge in presentation software like Sketchup, 3Ds Max, Fuzor, Lumion and the like are added advantage.c.Must have a good time management.d.Must be able to work with minimum supervisione.Must be knowledgeable, keen and observant in worksets and work sharing function of BIM.f.Must be a team player and with good working attitudeBackground, Experiencea.3+ years as project BIM Modeller and 3+ years working on site using modelling software (Revit, Navisworks).b.Experience in carry out project BIM Modelling in commercial / residential / plant / civil work.c.Competency of using Revit software for authoring, Navisworks software for coordination and BIM 360 software for CDE.Educationa.Degree in Architecture, Engineeringb.BIM Modelling course
