Responsiblities:
Managing costs on a wide variety of a new building projects and structures, corporate office etc
Project progress report/schedule/permit to work
Source for Suppliers
Assist in establishing clients requirement and undertaking feasibility studies
Performing risk and value management
Identifying, analyzing and developing respones to commericial risks
Maintaining awerness of the different building contracts in current use
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higer/Graduate Diploma
Required language(s): English, Mandarin (To assist in establishing English and Mandarin speaking clients requirement and undertaking feasibility studies)
At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent
