Architectural Supervisor (construction)
Job Description
Review, coordinate, and produce architectural shop drawings and related works for projects.
Supervise and inspect architectural works carried out by subcontractors on site.
Ensure compliance with architectural specifications, Singapore Building Codes, and quality standards such as BCA CONQUAS.
Coordinate architectural services with other trades and manage scheduling, material requisition, cost control, and documentation.
Monitor adherence to project timelines, quality, and safety standards.
Requirements:
Degree in Building/Architecture or equivalent
At least 5 years' relevant experience in the
Construction industry.
