Responsibilities
Able to co-ordinate and execute the operational work schedules and implementation of the Architectural work trade on site with sub-contractors, clients and Consultants to achieve target set.
Liaise with the sub-contractors to ensure smooth progression and timely completion of quality works in accordance to schedule and all required regulations
Site coordination and monitoring architectural work progress
Able to prepare shop drawing for construction & As-built plan for submission
Requirements
Possess recognized Nitec in Building (Architectural) / Diploma in Architecture from local polytechnic or recognized institution.
Minimum 5 years' experience in construction industry.
Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Initiative, willingness to learn and able to multi-task.
Performs related responsibilities as required or assigned.
Able to work independently, capability to do trouble-shooting
Able to start work in short notice.
