Responsibilities:

Review, coordinate and generate all architectural works including shop drawings for project
Supervise and inspect all Architectural works carried out by sub-contractors
Ensure compliance with Architectural specifications, and achieve quality aspect.
Carry out architectural works scheduling, material requisition, cost control, project supervision and documentation
Carry out quality inspection on site and ensure quality of work to be completed on scheduled time.
Supervise all architectural works and ensure all works are carried out in accordance to approved specifications.
Work closely with subcontractors on project progress and ensure timely work arrangements.
Supervising the interior fit out works, coordination with sub-contractors
Liaise with respective sub-contractors on work methods and sequencing.
Monitor progress, quality of worksmanship and compliance with contract requirements.
Monitor the availability and on time delivery of materials / equipment to complete the construction work within schedule.
Adherence to safety practices in the work place.

Requirements :

Relevant Nitec/Diploma/Degree in Architecture or related field, National Construction Trade Certificate
Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in architectural works from Construction/ Building/ Engineering industry
Prior experiences in Condo projects will be an added advantage
