Job Description
Architectural Supervisor
Carry out daily site supervision, coordination and quality assurance of all architectural trades implementation on site.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Supervise all architectural works and ensure all works are carried out in accordance to approved specifications.
- Work closely with subcontractors on project progress and ensure timely work arrangements.
- Carry out quality inspection on site and ensure quality of work to be completed on scheduled time.
- Close coordination of work with both internal and external parties.
- Relevant Nitec/Diploma/Degree in Architecture or related field, National Construction Trade Certificate
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in architectural works
- Able to work independently and in a team
