We are seeking applicants with proven experience in hospitality, commercial, residential or mixed-use projects, for the role of Architectural Technical in our growing studio. The Role: To work within the project team to understand design intent and project requirements. To develop designs through all stages from schematic design through to construction. To produce detailed design and construction drawing packages. Report to and work together with senior architects and the firm director. Coordinate and communicate with consultants. Role Requirements: Strong documentation skills with a high proficiency in AutoCAD. BIM experience is a plus. Familiarity with coordination and construction processes, international building codes and materials. Attentive to project and design details. A good team player ' communicative, self-motivated and willing to take initiative. Demonstrate minimum 7 years relevant experience. Relevant educational qualifications (degree/diplomas/professional accreditation).
