Responsibilities:
Proficient in using AutoCAD
Responsible for project shop drawings and detailed construction issues;
In charge of all drawing development required by the project;
Prepares detailed as-built/shop drawings for submission and interior fit-out works
Maintains, updates and makes amendments to drawings as needed;
Performs site checking to ensure proper dimension, connection and detail for fabrication;
Ensures the drawings comply with specifications and company standards;
Understands the project scope and requirements in the preparation of detailed shop drawings ensuring that the drawings are easily understood by the project teams;
Ensures that all materials are detailed and accounted for in drawings;
Requirement:
Minimum education level: Diploma in related field of study.
Minimum 2 years of experience for Drafter.
Right attitude with good interpersonal and communication skills.
Team player and result-oriented.
