Responsibilities
Prepare accurate and detailed architectural drawings, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and construction details, based on project requirements and design concepts. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure designs align with project goals and specifications. Review and revise drawings to incorporate feedback, ensuring compliance with local building codes, standards, and regulations across different countries. Assist in coordinating drafting tasks for multiple projects, maintaining timelines and quality standards. Utilize CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, or similar) to produce technical drawings and 3D models as needed. Support the team in translating conceptual designs into practical, buildable plans for construction teams. Maintain organized documentation of all drafting work for internal and external use.
Requirements
Minimum Diploma with related studies Good graphic, verbal and written communication skills Positive working attitude AutoCAD Revit
Location: Bugis
Working Hours: 9am - 6pm Mon - Fri
Salary: $2500 - $4500
Yearly variable bonus
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: $2,500.00 - $4,500.00 per month
