Job Description
Job descriptionEssential Duties
- Check items for transmittal, volume and items for refining.
- Visit and check the CRDR of branches with one personnel set-up at least once a week
- Conducts surprise cash count for all funds maintained by branches with one personnel set-up
- Conducts Inventory of coded items for branches with one personnel set-up and check the running balance of items in the daily sales report
- Check the updating of branch masterlist for branch with one personnel set-up
- Check the filing of reports by one personnel set-up (CRDR, OL, Blotters, JV, IOTT's, Claim slip)
- Check auctioned items and monthly expired items on pledge loans of branches with one personnel set-up
- Assist the Area Accountants in checking the CRDR of branches
- Prepares charge slip for fake/over appraisal reported for branches with one personnel set-up
- Act as temporary Area Accountant in the absence of Area Accountants
- Perform such other duties that maybe assigned.
Knowledgeable in MS Office application
Must have Accounting Subjects
With good oral and written English communication
Keen to details

Must be willing to travel
