Job Description
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Marketing, Operations Management or any related courses
- With at least one (1) year experience as Area Sales Coordinator proficient in manpower planning, trade checking, inventory management, market analysis, and reports generation.
- Preferably with professional experience acquired from CLOTHING / APPAREL Industry.
- Can work under minimal supervision.
- Willing to do extensive fieldwork.
- Conduct trade checking on a regular basis to monitor and manage the selling and merchandising activities of each store.
- Ensure implementation of merchandising directives and initiatives.
- Negotiate better locations of in-mall events to maximize sales opportunities.
- Conduct competitive analysis on a regular basis.
- Conduct manpower planning and training.
- Lead and motivate sales team towards achieving sales targets.
- Assess, analyze, and report team's productivity at individual levels.
- Verifies Individual Payroll Record (IPR) for timekeeping purposes.
- Acts as reliever of Store-In-Charge if necessary.
- Conducts inventory audit on stores as required.
- Counters and collects receivable from partners.
- Reports generation.
- Perform other duties as required.
