Area Finance Reporting Manager | Singapore | SG2048429You will be part of our Finance team, adding your leadership expertise + skills to the delivery of customer + operational excellenceYOUR ROLEWHAT WILL YOU BE DOING ON A DAILY BASIS? Your primary objective is to lead accounting activities across the country or cluster, ensuring completeness, accuracy + timeliness of the financials in relation to internal reporting requirementsYOUR RESPONSIBILITIESYou will do this by working with a variety of internal stakeholders while focusing on the following key objectives.

• To lead month-end closing activities, ensuring timely + accurate profit + loss electronically data interface + webform reporting to regional.
• To review quarterly reporting and tax packages, assisting to eliminate and/or validate errors.
• To manage general ledgers for all entities, including performing monthly analytical reviews + balance sheet reconciliation on key accounts.
• To coordinate statutory audits + tax filing, including preparing clean audited statements for timely submission.
• To review + coordinate our internal control systems (ICS) to eliminate findings + ensure compliance.
• To review + implement accounting policy in line with local legislations.
• To drive all ad-hoc projects + implementations within reporting + tax as well as system updates.
• To optimize reporting tools, templates + dashboards to enhance transparency + efficiency through digital solutions.

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES

• Bachelor\'s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• Professional certification such as CPA, CMA, or CA preferred.
• At least more than 5 years of experience in finance or accounting roles within the logistics industry.
• Proficiency in financial software and systems used in logistics operations.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Proven leadership and management abilities, with experience leading a team.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements relevant to the logistics industry.
