Job Overview:
The Area Franchise Lead manages franchisee relationships for BURGER KING\xc2\xae within Asia Pacific and supports the implementation of global and regional strategic priorities while providing best in class advisory and strategic development for locally defined projects. This role specifically supports the Australia, New Zealand and Pacific islands markets. They are responsible for the holistic performance of the franchisees\xe2\x80\x99 businesses and operated restaurants within their territory, including: franchisee profitability; sales growth via marketing strategy and communication, new product development, new channel development, and digitalization; restaurant operations; procurement; quality assurance; network planning and new restaurant development, and improving restaurant operations and guest experience. The AFL reports directly to the General Manager, BURGER KING\xc2\xae, Asia Pacific South. Being cross-functional in nature, the AFL works closely with other functions within the organization including: Marketing, Development, Operations, Finance, Marketing, Profitability, Technology, Procurement, Quality Assurance and Legal teams.
