Job Description

Job Responsibilities Oversee and manage the designated outlets and its operational and manpower planning Involve in the establishment and streamlining of operating policies, processes, systems to accommodate and support the rapid growth of the organization Monitor and be responsible for sales performance of respective outlets Review the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) as required for better efficiency Provide On-the-Job Training (OJT) to new supervisor / new retail staff Conduct regular outlet checks and provide necessary trainings for staff development Motivate and retain subordinates, especially the high performers, to help them excel in the required quality and productivity target set Involve in investigation of issues relating to customer complain (Service and Product Quality) Review the performance of Store Managers and retail staff, and provide corrective action for improvement if necessary Responsible for monitoring and managing the outlets expenses and inventory usage if necessary Ensure proper execution of marketing promotions and all communications Participate in operations related projects. Perform related duties/tasks as required.Operations: Responsible for Inventory Management of assigned outlets Oversee and ensure smooth operations of assigned outlets Ensures Manpower Scheduling is within forecasted budget range Always maintain and uphold the retail outlets image and hygiene standards Ensure consistency of product presentation, display, and branding by checking the outlook and quality of the products, menu and all marketing promotional displays Responsible and accountable for the day-to-day operations and development of the business activities with internal stakeholders and external customers Responsible for the overall maintenance of assigned outlets Lead the sales floor and drive store resultsRequirements . Possesses at least a Diploma in any field . Minimum 5 years of experience in management position in F&B industry . With passion in working in F&B industry and its operational processes. . Able to work on weekends and public holidays, 6-day work week. . Able to adapt to fast paced environment, resilient to changes and willing to accept new challenges. . Able to work independently as well as in a team. . Service oriented, good time management with ability to handle various projects simultaneously. .
