Salary Range : Basic (RM 5,500 ~RM7,500\xef\xbc\x89+ Allowance + Incentive
:
1. Maintain stock inventory healthiness.
2.Ensure customer satisfactory at a healthy percentage.
3.Weekly outlet visit.
4.Present projection of profit and lost of outlet.
5.Manage outlet financial healthiness and ensure not exceeding budget.
6.Lead a team of store managers to strive towards objective and target.
7.Set standards and objectives (Target) for difference outlets.
8. Formulate business strategies to ensure achieve target.
9.Recruiting posting, carry out interview and candidate evaluation, also outlet\'s staff training.
10.Assessment and improvement plan for operation team.
11.Assess and upkeep operation team competency level.
12.Assist marketing team on event set up.
13.Provide insights from data for marketing purposes.
14.Ensure compliance with company policies and operational guidelines.
15.Arrange maintenance team to upkeep outlet operation smoothness.
Job Requirement:
1. Minimum 3yrs working retail and service experience.
2. Minimum lead 5team member.
