Area Manager (luxury Retail)

Job Description
A global luxury brand client is looking for an Area Manager to join its Singapore office.
Reporting to the General Manager, you will drive and enable best in-class boutique operations, retail service and people excellence for the Singapore network.
Key responsibilities
- Set, measure and drive retail KPIs and client-centric performances, including individual boutique\'s toplines, selling floor productivity, and client service experiences
- Refine and/or innovate robust and secured inventory delivery cycles and back-of-house efficiency, and elevate store teams selling capabilities to achieving best-in-class operational excellence
- Co-partner with multiple departments/stakeholders across all levels to lead and drive all retail initiatives
- Experienced in luxury retail management for luxury fashion, timepieces, jewellery, alcohol, or closely-related products
- Good understanding of Singapore luxury retail climate will be highly preferred
- Excellent business partnering traits, effective team leadership record, and agile
- Thrive in dynamic, fast pace, strive-for-excellence environment
- Between S$100,000 and S$130,000 annual fixed base, plus variable bonus
