• Support distribution partners in pre-opening labor planning, operational timelines, and new store setups.
• Ensure compliance with global operational guidelines and execute performance management for the area.

Merchandise Management:

• Supervise visual merchandise teams to optimize sales presentation and provide feedback on product improvement ideas.

Sales Generation & Customer Service:

• Collaborate with regional managers to achieve sales targets, analyze KPIs, and provide feedback on market trends.
• Ensure the highest level of customer service across stores.

Staff Training & Development:

• Conduct in-store trainings on customer service, product, and brand.
• Coach store managers and promote staff development.
• Brand Integrity Implementation:
• Ensure consistent representation of the brand across divisions and provide insights to influence strategies.
• Share best practices across regions and develop systematic reporting for market trends.
• The Talent

The Talent

• Bachelor\'s Degree and minimum of 10 years prior experience in upscale retail, including 4 years as a multi-store manager; or previous management experience as a multi-store manager preferred.
• Previous management/exposure in Outlet business preferred.
• Ability to work with and motivate multiple levels within the organization.
• Must demonstrate the ability to effectively communicate important market issues to senior management and partner on solutions.
• Pro-active problem solver with the ability to assess issues and develop action steps for resolution.
• Demonstrated ability to think broadly and reach logical conclusions that best serve the organization as a whole.
