Responsibilities:



Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional service and quality standards Manage and train staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and profitability Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally Maintain inventory and manage supply chain to ensure optimal stock levels Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations Collaborate with the culinary team to update and refine menus Analyze financial reports to monitor budget and sales performance

Requirements:



A minimum of a diploma in a relevant field At least 8 years of experience in restaurant management Strong leadership and interpersonal skills Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in restaurant management software Exceptional communication and organizational skills
