We are seeking a highly capable and results-oriented
Area Manager
to oversee the performance of
3 to 5 Beverage & Dessert outlets
. This strategic role is responsible for driving
sales growth
,
operational efficiency
, and
team leadership
while ensuring financial discipline across all assigned locations. The successful candidate will be hands-on in managing store performance, team development, and business planning in alignment with company goals.
Job Responsibilities:
Operations & Service Excellence
Manage and oversee the daily operations of 3-5 outlets, ensuring consistent execution of SOPs, service quality, and cleanliness
Conduct regular outlet visits to assess performance and ensure compliance with
brand standards
and
food safety protocols
Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks, ensuring smooth workflow and staff productivity
Implement process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and service turnaround time
Financial Performance & P&L Management
Take full accountability for the
Profit & Loss (P&L)
of each outlet; analyze financial data and implement corrective actions to maximize profitability
Monitor and control key financial metrics including
Cost of Goods Sold (COGS)
,
labor cost
, and
overhead expenses
Ensure accurate and timely
budget forecasting
and
budget control
across all outlets
Track and improve
Sales Per Man Hour (SPMH)
to drive operational efficiency and labor productivity
Prepare and present monthly financial reports with actionable insights to senior management
Sales & Marketing Execution
Work closely with the marketing team to plan and implement
local marketing campaigns
,
seasonal promotions
, and
new product rollouts
Analyze sales trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities to develop sales-boosting strategies
Lead the execution of
upselling initiatives
, loyalty programs, and in-store promotions to increase average transaction value
Leadership & Team Development
Lead and inspire Outlet Managers, Supervisors, and frontline staff to deliver outstanding performance and service
Conduct regular
performance appraisals
, set KPIs, and implement training and development plans
Ensure consistent
manpower planning
and effective deployment of staff to match business demands
Build a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement
Inventory & Supply Chain Coordination
Ensure accurate inventory management, stock rotation, and minimize waste and pilferage
Coordinate with procurement teams to optimize supply chain efficiency and reduce delays or shortages
Perform regular audits on stock levels, usage patterns, and supplier performance
Customer Experience & Brand Consistency
Ensure all outlets consistently deliver a
high-quality customer experience
in line with brand values
Address customer feedback and complaints promptly, using them as opportunities for service recovery and improvement
Monitor outlet presentation and visual merchandising standards
Ad-hoc Duties
Perform any other duties or special projects as assigned by the General Manager or Management
Support new outlet openings, relocations, or refurbishments as part of business expansion
Assist in internal audits, licensing renewals, and government inspections when necessary
Collaborate in cross-departmental initiatives that align with overall business goals

Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in
Hospitality

Business Management
, or a related field
Minimum
3-5 years
of experience in multi-outlet management in the
F&B
or
retail
industry
Proven track record in

team leadership
Willingness to travel regularly between outlets and work weekends/public holidays when required
Experience in managing
dessert, beverage, or fast-service outlets
is highly preferred
