JOB SUMMARY Responsible for planning, developing, executing, and monitoring marketing programs that increase brand strength, awareness, and relevance, as well as its products and services to the market.The Area Marketing Officer for VISAYAS is responsible for planning, developing, implementing and monitoring the local marketing programs in the Visayas region, aligned with the business objectives and goals set by the company. He/She is tasked to conceive, develop, and help execute marketing programs promoting the various products and services of Bayad in VISMIN that will lead to increases in market share, sales and profits.General Responsibilities: Develops priority product analysis of the region.Plans, develops, implements, and monitors local marketing programs.Develops local product communication plans for new and existing products & servicesplans, executes, and monitors media campaigns and activities to establish and maintain brand presence and relevance in the market.

• Analyzes trade and consumer market research and makes recommendations based on regional behavior.
• Ensures proper implementation of national marketing programs in the region
• Gathers and analyzes competitor and customer insights.
• Ensures that the regional and local branding is aligned and consistent with the corporate brand identity
• Scans the local market for possible recognitions the brand may compete in to build credibility.
• Identifies and resolves brand performance challenges and opportunities in the region.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of a four (4) year Bachelor's degree in Marketing Management, Communications, Business Management and/or other related courses
• At least three (3) year work experience in retail or trade marketing
• Brand Development & Management ? Media Planning ? Market Research and Analysis ? Project Management and Execution
• Excellent presentation skills
• Excellent organization and multi-tasking skills
• Professional level in verbal and written communication skills
• Good interpersonal skills
• Experience in market analysis, trade marketing, and brand management
• Willing to be assigned in Cebu City branch.
• Can start immediately
