* Branded FMCG Industry * Basic $ 4500 - $6500 * AWS + Bonus * Monthly Mobile Allowance: S$60 * Monthly Commission varies as it depends on achieving Sales Targets * M Branded FMCG Industry Basic $ 4500 - $6500 AWS + Bonus Monthly Mobile Allowance: S$60 Monthly Commission varies as it depends on achieving Sales Targets Monday to Friday 8am to 5.45pm Location : Toh Guan - Jurong East Job Responsibilities: Co-develop all sales strategies and BTL activities with brand owners for the assigned brands to achieve the monthly sales targets Achieve sales revenue targets in assigned markets Establish new distributors in new markets and existing markets to increase product distribution coverage Implement launch of new products and line extensions to capture untapped category segments and consumption occasions Ensure A&P and sales deduction spending are in line with the approved budget- Direct and motivate customers to achieve set targets Ensure timely submission of monthly reports, including but not limited to sales & inventory reports, 3 months rolling purchase forecast, and purchase orders Coordinate with Customers, Marketing, Research & Development, and Quality Assurance teams to ensure product labels and recipes are compliant with the market regulations Direct customer execution of agreed sales & marketing initiatives Formulate annual business plans and budgets for key markets to drive future business growth Provide robust estimates for demand forecast to ensure continuous product supply and minimize losses from the destruction of aged stocks Coordinate with Shipping & Admin team on the order & delivery processes to ensure timely delivery of customer's orders Provide updates to management on customer performance, market activities, market opportunities & challenges, and recommendations for improvement Regularly update Distributors' performance, present price proposals and Sales & Marketing plans to the Senior Management Team ..Only shortlisted candidate would be notified..
