(Learn more: jti.com) WHAT THIS POSITION IS ABOUT - PURPOSE: The incumbent reports and works closely with the Area Sales Manager South East Asia TR and is responsible for all aspects of territory management and field force deployment in assigned markets. He/She shall play a bridging role between South East Asia and Japan Travel Retail to drive best practice sharing across markets, and facilitate the integration of Japan market to Global Travel Retail operations. He/She shall establish very close links with Travel Retail Operators/Key Accounts & Distributors with the objective to achieve best in class trade partnership. He/She play an active role in the implementation of commercial programs and monitor implementation KPIs, and competitive activities. He/She will develop and implement account plans including Annual & Strategic plans (ASP), agreements and monitor account compliance checks. He/She to provide trainings to Retail Sales Consultant with support of Marketing Team and RSC SPOC. WHAT WILL YOU DO - RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Accountable & Responsible for market/area P&L targets achievement. Responsible for ASP plans development and alignment for the assigned territory. Establishing the rolling forecast, LE input. In conjunction with other functions responsible for the assigned territory not limiting to marketing budget planning, spending, phasing/savings management and optimizing investment. Responsible for direct interface and relationship management with customers, trade and respective Domestic markets for optimal, strategic alignment. Ensuring documents flow1. (contracts, invoices etc.) and sales integrity procedures (LMD, KYC etc.) compliance for the assigned territory. 2. Responsible for effective implementation of sales, distribution, through-the-line commercial strategies including merchandising, shelf-space, and other programs. Monitors progress, as well as the quality of materials used and recommends corrective action where necessary. Responsible for executional KPI monitoring and reporting results, including sales volume, pricing, stock management and brand listings. 3. Responsible for cross sharing of best practices, knowledge and insights across South East Asia and Japan travel retail, and support of integration project. 4. Accept to conduct and complete other projects and activities not listed above, after being defined and agreed with line manager, in accordance with his/hers skills, technical knowledge and level of development. WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR - REQUIREMENTS:

  • University degree (required) or equivalent educational background
  • 4-8 years relevant experience in sales & distribution/trade management. Preferably within FMCG/Travel Retail industry with Key Account Management experience. Logistics and supply chain experience an advantage.
  • Fluent English & Japanese.
  • Strong computer skills: MS Office..
