Our client is a prestigious luxury brand retailerResponsibilities:
Manage Singapore retail store operations with excellence and to ensure daily operations is in compliance with Group policy and procedures.
Deliver retail sales & profit according to Company targets
Manage all stores to perform and grow according to objectives with support of and ability to present analysis, sales tactics, retail insights and general constructive input.
Ensure store visual merchandise is compliance to company SOP.
Inventory Management - Ensure sufficient stock on hand, internal store to store transfers, etc.
Customer Relationship Management - Ensure minimum VIP recruitments and returns.
Business analysis, promotion effectiveness and set goals to achieve maximum productivity.
Lead and communicate effectively with a team of retail staff, responsible for team building, coaching, training and staff development.
In-charge of operational staff recruitment and retention.
Conduct monthly meeting with all staff.
Roll out and implement stock take on monthly basis, store level sales planning and promotion activities.
Increase staffs\' product knowledge and customer service skills by initiate certain activities or training.
Liaise with respective mall operation teams regarding to store operations.
Roster-based, on-shift duty required during public holidays to align retail store needs
Requirements:
GCE \'N/O\' Levels / Nitec
4-5 years in retail supervisory experience in luxury / mid-luxury is required
Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
High sense of responsibility and ownership
Knowledge with Microsoft will be preferred
Other Information:
Working Days/Hours: 5 days work week, 10am - 8pm
Location: Ion Orchard / Paragon / Raffles City / Takashimaya / Jewel
Up to S$5.2K Basic+commission+gd bonuses
