Our client is a prestigious luxury brand retailerResponsibilities:

• Manage store operations and ensure a high level of performance and growth
• Deliver retail sales, KPIs & CRM according to company target and objectives
• Ensure store visual merchandise complies with company SOP
• Lead and supervise a team of retail associates
• Ensure associates develop and retain a sense of ownership in their job
• Increase associates product knowledge and customer service skills by initiating activities and training
• Manage and take ownership of inventory management and ensure daily stock count reconcile with POS inventory
• Handle customers queries in a professional manner
• Guide and coach onboarding associates
• Organize and scheduling of roster, including staff management and performance
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the management

Requirements:

• GCE \'N/O\' Levels / Nitec
• 3-5 years in retail sales experience in luxury / mid-luxury /fashion apparel is required
• Excellent people/ interpersonal skills
• Independent and self-motivated

Other Information:

• Working Days/Hours: 5 days work week, 10am - 8pm
• Location: Ion Orchard / Paragon / Raffles City / Takashimaya / Jewel
• Up to S$3.3K Basic+commission+gd bonuses
