In this exciting role, you will plan, oversee, and lead the offering developments happening in our country units and work directly in close collaboration with frontline and area stakeholders. The goal is to pilot, develop, and adapt to the APM area distinctive value-added solutions answering to clear customer needs to grow the APM service business and have a significant impact visible on KONE level.

  • The location of the role is negotiable being most preferably Singapore, Malaysia, India or Dubai.
  • Willingness and ability to travel 40-60% of working time is needed for the role.
Key responsibilities as a Service Offering Manager:Service offering management (contract and maintenance services offering)
  • Manages and drives the Area maintenance offering, scope, and roadmap.
  • Defines Area offering with key stakeholders by optimizing from the global offering portfolio.
  • Participates in sales target identification and in defining new target markets and customers.
  • Plans and supports Units in go-to-market actions of new services.
  • Supports Unit Offering and Sales Development Managers in achieving targets and analyzing and maintaining maintenance offering, -product and pricing data, sales and tendering tools and pricing guidelines.
  • Manages implementation, ramp-up and ramp-down of offerings and new releases within Area.
  • Follows up and takes corrective actions on offering performance and quality.
  • Collects feedback and competitor data from his/her market.
  • Collaborates with the global offering team to further develop the offering.
  • Collaborates with Business Line colleagues in the Units, other Areas, and Global for best practice sharing and driving areas of improvement in maintenance offering and develop life cycle approach.
  • Work closely with repair manager to align on the offering and pricing.
Customer relationship management and marketing.
  • Supports APM units in:
  • Creating support material for Sales Managers and Salespersons in defining, specifying, and communicating KONE benefits and advantages of maintenance offering.
  • Identifying and describing benefits and advantages of maintenance offering to customers in different segments
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales team for marketing activities and campaigns.
  • Participates in customer meetings and events.
To succeed in this role, we hope you to have:
  • Excellent communications and presentation skills and ability to discuss with local senior leadership.
  • Service offering knowledge including digital offering.
  • Knowledge of product life-cycle management and methodology plus tools in general
  • Basic selling, marketing, and customer relationship management experience
  • Willingness/ability to travel ~40-60 % of working time.
  • Demonstrate appropriate behavior such as customer perspective, driving change, collaboration, innovation & creativity, and conceptual thinking.
