Job Description
* Lead a class that will be interacting and teaching children aged 2 to 8 years old in a small class environment. (5:1 Ratio) * Responsible for the lessons & child's development Lead a class that will be interacting and teaching children aged 2 to 8 years old in a small class environment. (5:1 Ratio) Responsible for the lessons & child's development and being able to update parents regularly on the progress of the child. Must be able to guide and train the assistant teacher Must be bilingual - Mandarin and English. The ability to speak in Mandarin is a must as classes will be conducted mainly in Mandarin with some English. To lead in the creation of a Curriculum for the school Pre/post-class setup and housekeeping. Sourcing of Art Materials. Attendance/fee taking and other administrative matters. Skills Requirements Diploma in Art Teaching is preferred but not mandatory Candidates who are currently undergoing EC Courses are welcome to apply Design background with knowledge in software experience such as Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator would be advantageous Passion for art-related activities (drawing, painting, crafting) Passion for art teaching, positive mindset, and working attitude, encouraging and love to interact with children. Must be able to work on weekends.
