BEASTCORP is a digital creative agency that fills the void right in between clients, agency and production. We offer solutions and compelling ideas with an editorial touch for your brand. We are also the first and only digital and performance marketing agency in Singapore to offer editorial-led vision for brands due to the team members\xe2\x80\x99 background and experience in the luxury fashion industry. We are looking for someone to join us as an Art Director. He/she will lead a team of designers and content creators, and work with content strategists on delivering clients\' briefs. He/she will report directly to the director.

We have an extremely high client retention rate. We service brands in the fashion, beauty, interior and media industry. Scope of Work

• Oversee retainer and adhoc projects from start to end
• Oversee a department of junior art directions and designers
• Delegate duties, provide directions and manage whenever required
• Work with accounts and content team to generate ideas and concepts. Produce storyboards, layouts based on creative visions and ideas
• Understanding marketing initiatives, strategic positioning and target audience
• On-site to oversee projects when required
• Familiar with social media and digital landscape
• Demonstrate leadership qualities and analytical skills
• Team player
• Keen interest in fashion, beauty and lifestyle categories
• Well verse in the know-hows of the luxury sector
• Proficient in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and Premiere Pro and related softwares

Requirements and skills

• Proven working experience as Art Director
• Hands on experience with logo design, typography, colour, web layout design, print production, image selection and package design
• Proficient use of InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator or other visual design and wire-framing tools
• Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio
• Incorporate feedback and take/give direction well
• Team player with strong communication and presentation skills
• Relevant education or training
• Candidates should have worked in other agencies or the equivalent
