We're on the lookout for a hands-on, friendly, and organised individual to run daily studio operations, craft magical guest experiences, and bring bold new product ideas to life!
What You'll Do (Day-To-Day):
Manage the day-to-day operations of the space -- including guiding guest experience, resetting stations, clean-ups, and maintaining inventory.
Manage staff and schedule planning.
Lead and manage new experience or product rollouts from planning through execution, launch, test, and refine.
Monitor and report key metrics (guest satisfaction scores, inventory, sales), and make data-driven improvements.

As a manager in a service role, you may be required to be available on weekends and public holidays to support staff and operations when needed.
