Job Description

Cognizant is looking for an AS400 Developer with programming skills in RPG Free format, RPGLE, SQLRPGLE, COBOL/400 to join our inclusive and collaborative team in Singapore. This is a full-time hybrid role that comes with a favourable salary and benefits package.

In your first few weeks in this AS400 Developer role, you can expect to:

• Create technical design documents, logical flow and pseudo codes

• Create and review RPGLE, SQRPGLE, COBOL/400 programs for the defined scope of requirements and design

• Review Unit Test scripts and test scenarios

• Ensure quality KPIs are reviewed properly, and resolutions are given on time

To apply for this AS400 role, you will need good knowledge of AS400 with programming skills in RPG Free format, RPGLE, SQLRPGLE, COBOL/400. You will also require the following:

• Basic knowledge of Java and Unix

• Excellent analytical, communication and teamwork skills
