Do you have what it takes to be a part of this award winning combination? RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide End User Computing support primarily for Ascentis Singapore office and remote support of global sites where required.
  • Provide end user and technical support for Windows/Mac/Linux Operating System, File and Print, office network and Wi-Fi, Office applications and other End User Computing applications.
  • Perform software or IT equipment procurement, installations, upgrade, troubleshooting and regular maintenance.
  • Provide support to Infra and IT Operations team to ensure the proper maintenance of our application environments (AWS EC2 maintenance, Windows Servers/Linux monitoring, SSL replacement, etc).
  • Manage user\xe2\x80\x99s account for staff onboarding and offboarding process.
  • To provide support for the application team to perform remote application deployment or update at client\xe2\x80\x99s site.
  • After office hours phone support.
  • Any Other Ad-hoc Duties as Required or Assigned relating to the End User Computing or our network infrastructure.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • A degree or Diploma in Software Engineering/Computer Science/Information Technology, or similar course/industry experience.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a technical support role preferred, but motivated fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
  • For experienced candidate, to have strong technical skills in Microsoft Windows/Mac/Linux Operating Systems, Office 365, Google Workspace, Active Directory, office productivity tools, networking, scripting. Familiarity with AWS environment will be an advantage.
  • Residency in Singapore or Malaysia are preferred, but other nearby regions can be considered (focusing on support work that can be done remotely only).
  • Good analytical thinking and systematic problem-solving skills.
  • Good customer service and support attributes.
  • Self-motivated and eager to learn.
