Identify, investigate and resolve technical issues of Ascentis application products to teams within the organization and to external clients
Responsible for the investigation, workaround resolution, root cause analysis, major incident management
Manage ticketed query system (JIRA) and ensure comprehensive database of queries and resolutions is kept up to date
Provide a high level of service to our customers and adhere to our strict SLAs for response and restoration times
Qualifications:
Proficient with ASP.NET, VB.NET, TSQL, MS SQL Server, .NET Framework, JQuery, Javascript, CSS, Web Services, XML
Experience in .NET development and web application development preferred
Relevant SQL database experience (Prefer MSSQL)
Critical thinking and excellent problem solving skills with a strong sense of customer commitment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Highly motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team environment
Other Information:
Additional Desirable Skills
Experience in Continuous Integration Setup and Automation, i.e. build servers
Knowledge in networking, security, access controls. (TCP/IP, HTTP, Load Balancers, Firewall & Proxies, Active Directory, LDAP)
Understand support framework like ITIL, ITSM
