Do you have what it takes to be a part of this award winning combination? RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Be the subject matter expert in Ascentis Kickstarter product, processes and implementations
  • Setup and configure the kickstarter loyalty program to ensure a timely rollout
  • Consolidate and document client’s loyalty program mechanics as per Ascentis Kickstarter product
  • Provide product training to the client team
  • Handle user’s account administration and simple server administration
  • Provide desktop support at client’s site and set up peripherals devices or any equipment required for the loyalty program to ensure that the application and peripherals devices works as per intended
  • Install customers’ applications on selected computing devices including patch deployment and upgrades
  • Responsible for first level troubleshooting of network connectivity in a LAN/WAN environment
  • Willing to travel to client’s site to carry out work duties such as standby support for the deployment, troubleshooting and incidents resolution including installation of applications, servicing of peripherals to ensure customer satisfaction and service operation are achieved
  • Initiate escalation procedures and follow up on all open requests of allocated sites to ensure customer satisfaction
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Diploma in Engineering, Computer Science/ Information
  • At least 1 year of experience in a technical service role
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Strong technical skills in Microsoft Windows, desktop hardware, desktop software application and network environments
  • Ability to lead, analyze, diagnose and resolve account service issues
  • Sound analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Good customer service and support attributes
