• Participate in system architecture and design, project planning and management activities, and communicate to stakeholders on the status, risks, and issue resolution.
• Oversee the installation and configuration of systems in cloud environment, and take ownership, responsibility, and accountability for critical deliveries.
• Work closely with Agile development team leads to understand the operation support needs and establish support guidelines and procedures.
• Ensure consistent, timely and effective response and resolution for all technical incidents/tickets, including issues that span across infrastructures and application integrations, and best practices are captured, continuous improvement applied and retrospectives run with key learnings widely disseminated.
• Develop and enforce the automated software release processes with CI/CD pipeline.
• Manage the implementation of automated security scanning tools and responsible for the security-related vulnerability monitoring and analysis.
• Formulate applications performance monitoring procedure to effectively detect/predict/prevent issues related to application performance.
• Ensure the documentation is always up-to-date to reflect any changes on existing process, configuration, or setup.
• Manage the development of the automation tools to ensure scalability and high availability of our services.
• Operationalise and promote use of automation tools, analytics, and self-service systems
• Provide regular analysis of system and service performance and make recommendations for improvement or best practices.
• Responsible for IT operations cost and manage the cost within the budget.
• Plan and implement the team targets and direction that align with company direction.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or other technical / IT field, or similar related industry experience.
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Ability to facilitate, lead and demonstrate value-add principles to the team.
• Good communication skills, system thinking and systematic problem-solving skills.
• Able to work with the team with minimum supervision.
• Passionate and highly motivated
• Knowledge on build process of .NET and ReactJS
• Preferably experience with AWS and Terraform.
• Experience with CI/CD tools and pipeline such as Azure DevOps, Octopus Deploy and/or SonarQube.
• Experience in system administration in Linux and Windows Server.
• Experience with Docker containers and orchestration tool like Kubernetes and/or Hashicorp Nomad.
• Good to have knowledge on SAST, SCA, DAST and other vulnerability scanning tools.
• Excellent scripting and automation skills in Bash, PowerShell and/or Python.
• Good understanding of Agile practice, modern application development, infrastructure security and compliance.
