Up tier growth clients by monetizing cross selling opportunities - working with structuring and content sales. Enable productivity gains through digitisation of flows. Adopt data analytics and a mass marketing approach to uncover new deals. Partner with corporate content sales to create a holistic strategy for each coverage vertical (eg. GS/IC/LC/CRE). Business Awareness and monitoring of business environment in which our clients and the Bank operate. Understanding of our product suite and credit appetite to appropriately market our abilities and value proposition to clients, especially in the E space. Collaboration with content sales and Coverage teams in CIB to enable effective delivery of the FM Client Strategy. Achieving assigned full year budget as per annual P3 document for client income and digitisation metrics. Partner with the eSales teams to increase our E presence in the corporate client space. Processes Responsible for the execution of processes for clients under management, including conversion to digital channels. Specifically Understanding of SCB&rsquos policy and procedures including Order Handling, Record Keeping, Best Execution, EAF framework, Gifts & Entertainment. Accountable for ensuring appropriate frameworks are adhered to so that the business processes are efficient, appropriate and compliant with internal policies, procedures, codes and applicable external laws and regulations. Understanding of the booking systems like Razor, FEDS, Blade, Murex, Opics. Providing the most appropriate digital solution to suit the client&rsquos requirements in relevant markets as well as manual execution services when technology/infrastructure do not allow for such solutions. Ensure all sales staff are cross trained in all relevant FM products as well as digital channels so as to provide consistent and standardized services to clients. Take ownership of all aspects of service delivery to the client within Financial Markets, including support functions such as Operations, eCS, Middle Office. Assist in setting up adequate infrastructure to facilitate dealing (booking platform, PPG, CA monitoring, seeing approvals with TCRM/GMR/LC etc). Drive FM themes and key initiatives in a systematic manner in alignment with content sales, structuring and trading. People and Talent Lead the team through example and build the appropriate culture and values with clients and with internal stakeholders. The role requires the ongoing training and development of people and ensures that holders of all critical functions are suitably skilled and qualified for their roles ensuring that they have effective supervision in place to mitigate any risks. This includes strategically grooming talent and moving people where required. Finally, the ability to attract and retain high quality talent, with succession planning for critical roles. Specifically Lead through example and build the appropriate culture and values. Set appropriate tone and expectations amongst colleagues and work in collaboration with risk and control partners. Provide effective leadership and management to direct reports and ensure they are highly engaged and performing to their potential. Ensure active communication of vision, priorities and progress to the business to foster engagement, awareness and motivation. Ensure the provision of ongoing training and development of people where appropriate and ensure that holders of all critical functions are suitably skilled and qualified for their roles ensuring that they have effective supervision in place to mitigate any risks. Contribute to continuous process improvement and sharing best practice. Set and monitor job descriptions and objectives for direct reports where appropriate and provide feedback and rewards in line with their performance against those responsibilities and objectives. Lead and reinforce strategic change and ensure the organisation structure and people programs are aligned and geared towards supporting change. Employ, engage and retain high quality people, with succession planning for critical roles. Identify, evaluate and action under performers. Responsibility to review team structure/capacity plans. Set and monitor job descriptions and objectives for direct reports and provide feedback and rewards in line with their performance against those responsibilities and objectives. Risk Management Drive a culture across Execution Services that adheres to all Group Policies and relevant legislation covering credit, operational, reputational risk among others. Commitment to Group Code of Conduct and act as a role model for Conduct. Timely completion of all mandatory e-learning, attestations, compliance requirements and requests for information. Governance Responsible for assessing the effectiveness of the Group&rsquos arrangements to deliver effective governance, oversight and controls in the business and, if necessary, oversee changes in these areas for Global Execution Services. Awareness and understanding of the regulatory framework in which the Group operates, and the regulatory requirements and expectations relevant to the role. Willingness to &lsquospeak up' in the event of any realised or perceived breach of group conduct rules or laws by colleagues. Periodically the holder of this role will be required to attest that they understand their specific supervisor responsibilities and that they will execute these diligently.
