Oracle provides continuous training and coaching throughout your career.Career Level - IC0Responsibilities:ASEAN Sales Development Early Careers ProgramThe 18-24 month program focuses on building product knowledge and developing core sales skills through structured training and development. This is an entry-level position recommended for recent graduates, or those who will be graduating soon looking to start early career in technology sales. The ASEAN SDR would support sales teams in the Philippines and Singapore.Whilst no previous experience is required, we are looking for team members who are highly motivated by technology sales, self-motivated, enthusiastic about working in a fast-paced industry and are willing to go above and beyond in this results oriented position.As ASEAN Sales Development Representative, you will:

  • Support sales teams in the Philippines and Singapore.
  • Work towards achieving and exceeding call and sales targets
  • Do research and generate you own-sourced leads.
  • Cold calling to prospects to qualify and promote quality leads for our Account Executives.
  • Interacting by phone and email with key personnel up to, and including, C-Level executives.
  • Analyzing prospect business needs, understanding processes & determining requirements.
  • Acquiring and maintaining knowledge of the complete capabilities of NetSuite's solutions.
  • Working on ad hoc projects for various departments within the organization.
  • Collaborate with different departments within Oracle.
  • If successful in the SDR role, you will have the opportunity to interview for a role in the broader Oracle organization.
About You:
  • Financially motivated and committed to a long-term career in sales.
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required.
  • 0-3years of related work experience and/or applicable coursework, philanthropy, extra-curricular, etc.
  • Competitive with a strong work ethic.
  • Demonstrated resilience, agility, can adapt to changes.
  • Coachable & intellectually curious.
  • Persuasive, professional, and prepared.
  • Strong written and verbal communication.
  • You enjoy learning new things including technology and can translate that into value for prospects.
  • You have a positive presence, globally-minded person, insightful, and perceptive.
