Position Summary

We are looking for an Asia IS/IT Specialist to be part of our exciting Nespresso Regional team. In this role, you will provide Level 1 and 2 support for Nespresso specific business application and legacy solutions to uphold and maintain Service Level Objective (SLO) commitments to our businesses in the region. In addition, you will have the opportunity to manage and lead market, regional and globally driven projects rollouts in Asia region from Singapore where this role will be based.

A day in the life...

• Work closely with Finance community in the region and acts as the subject matter expert (SME) on Finance and B2B setups and configurations in Nespresso proprietary ERP
• Develop and refine standard operating procedures on Nespresso ERP Finance and B2B functionalities
• Provide system and business level support to all clients and business units in the region
• Coordinate and drive quarterly Market Acceptance Test (MATs) of Nespresso ERP in the region
• Manage and lead new projects/functionalities rollouts from implementation through to delivery and sustain phase in a production environment.
• Partner with business stakeholders on lifecycle management of promotional campaigns in the region

What will make you successful

• Diploma or equivalent certifications preferably in Computer Science or Information Technology related field of study
• Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience in supporting application and infrastructure in a multinational environment
• Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) qualification will be advantageous
• Prior experience in managing ERP application in retail environment will be a plus
• Ability to influence and translate complex technical concepts into digestible ideas appropriate for the audience.
• Solid project management skills and can lead one or multiple projects on a local/regional level concurrently.
• Other hands-on technical skills are a plus (optional): Microsoft Active Directory, Avaya Site Administrator, Networking, Power BI or SAP HANA.
• Must be able to work effectively independently as well as in a team environment.
