Sounds interesting Then come in and join our Asia Pacific (AP) team as Ultrasound Marketing Manager to develop and implement a regional marketing strategy, based on thorough market analytics, that effectively segments our market, targets customer segments, and positions our existing and new products/ solutions in the marketplace. By leading a regional team, the Marketing Manager is responsible to develop and manage the budget needed to execute marketing plan and ensure its timely implementation. Maximize the effectiveness of the marketing plan/ mix - e.g., tradeshows, customer events, direct marketing, PR/ social media, etc. - based on complexity of solution and familiarity of our brand Your tasks and responsibilities: Downstream Activities Drive New Product Introductions including portfolio readiness assessment (pricing, content, channel, regulatory, service etc.). Lead launch activities and develop brand clinical/ claim launch plan. Drive the setup of alternative distribution models where applicable like eCommerce or tele sales where applicable. Select, attend, and organize regional events. Drive brand building strategies as well as agency advertisement and promotional programs. Support global headquarter sponsored activities: conferences, kickoffs, tradeshows etc. Ensure the distribution network is supported with the right sales tools and training. Develop and execute regional communication plans. Develop communication 'assets' (collateral, images, and training tools/ courses). Responsible for capturing and reporting upon relevant metrics. Create an appropriate product positioning and value proposition for the AP region. Public Tenders competitive specs. Upstream Activities Identify key market drivers (industry trends, market insights, customer needs) and feed them to the make centers for portfolio management and roadmap development as well as using market drivers to build brand strategies and programs that will drive market and commercial impact. Future releases: ensuring AP needs are captured and included into roadmap for future product definition. Develop a plan for health economic evidence and payer value proposition implementation for new and lifecycle product opportunities. Conduct competitive analysis at product, portfolio, and company levels. Monitor trends in social media and other digital channels. Be the Regional Marketing Leader/ Interface with a broad range of stakeholders, including industry and customer associations (e.g., COCIR, ECR, ESR, etc.), key opinion leaders, media, and the press. Demand Generation Develop a deep understanding of the AP market dynamics, developments, and drivers. Drive high ROI marketing campaigns for lead generation, in close cooperation with inside sales, nurturing and qualification for direct and indirect sales, which include market trends/ research/ model, customer segmentation, customer journey analysis, product lifecycle (i.e., launch/ peak/ mature), content/ digital marketing, sales enablement/ tools. Define and execute the digital Marketing plan for the segment, including multi-channel demand generation, content plan and conversion strategies. Work with professional societies and advocacy groups to identify and select KOL's for thought leadership and awareness building. Supports development of regional KOL's in collaboration with Countries. Become an advocate for the company in social media spaces, engaging in dialogues where appropriate. Use performance Marketing (analytics) for managing all activities. Together with the Country Marketing Managers, translate the regional strategic marketing plan into cluster marketing plans comprised of marketing programs with goals/ metrics (e.g., reach, engagement, leads, opportunities, etc.). To find out more about the specific business, have a look at Your qualifications and experiences: Bachelor's Degree in related discipline or advanced degree, where required, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Minimum 8 years of professional work experience in MedTech environment. Ultrasound experience within the industry is preferred. A full understanding of successful project management and ability to drive the completion of complex assignments. An advance knowledge of concepts, practices, and procedures of downstream marketing management. An in-depth understanding of the medical capital equipment sales process. An understanding of how to drive demand in the capital equipment market. The ability to handle objections by creating a persuasive argument to drive projects or influence customers. Your attributes and skills: Strong people management, communication skills and attention to detail. Strong business acumen, analytical and strategic thinking required. English is the mandatory language required for the job. Second language (Mandarin, Japanese, Korean, etc.) will be an added advantage as to liaise with multilingual speaking associates Experienced in working in diverse working culture within Asia Pacific. Collaborating effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds, cultures, styles, abilities, and motivation. You can travel up to 30% in the region.
