Job Description
As part of the regional HR team, collaborate with HR departments across 9 subsidiaries in Asia to oversee regional HR operations, including recruitment, payroll, personnel management, promotions, and performance evaluations.
Facilitate communication between headquarters and regional offices on matters such as HR policy, system enhancements, and overall personnel management.
Requirements:
Min 3 years of experience in HRM
Liaise between Korean HQ and regional offices in both English and Korean
Prior experience collaborating with global project teams or overseas subsidiaries is advantageous Solid knowledge of HR performance analysis and operational processes Strong analytical abilities with the capacity to communicate insights effectively using data Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for analysis and reportingWe regret only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
