Role and Responsibility

  • Track, coordinate workplace strategy programs and implementation for key projects/ initiatives across the region.
  • Provide oversight for change management strategy and activities for all major projects with a focus on program development (roadmap) and implementation of business unit neighborhood working across the region.
  • Develop and maintain a framework agreement of change management and workplace strategy consultant vendor partners to help support quicker speed to market in implementation of work.
  • Collaborate with global workplace design teammates to ensure close alignment with planning, strategy and design goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with Global Corporate services key stakeholders, leveraging internal and external partner resources across our regions to develop a clear and consistent client engagement process around workplace strategy and change management.
  • Drive the collection of workplace data through the implementation of workplace research (i.e. Occupancy tracking, surveys, pre/post occupancy evaluations, balanced scorecard, etc.) and analyze data to understand/ present real estate implications
  • Support and coordinate the roll out of Community Managers program to help Sustain the Change for neighborhood working program.
  • Coordinate transition of strategy to implementation teams and provide support throughout end to end process.
  • Maintain an active awareness and understanding of global workplace trends, innovations and opportunities.


QUALIFICATIONS
Skills and Competencies
  • Requires project management capabilities with experience in the end to end project execution process for major strategy projects. Key skills include occupancy and space planning, space programming, scenario development, utilization data analysis, and expertise in change management, including development of change management roadmap.
  • Awareness of linkage between design, real estate planning & financial results, with ability to tailor strategic direction to address financial challenges.
  • Understanding of current workplace planning theories including the workplace visioning process. Advanced knowledge of workplace design, trends.
  • Knowledge and experience implementing basic industry recognized change management processes.
  • Adapt global change management playbook to align with regional and cultural difference in executing a successful change management program.
  • Understanding in occupancy, space planning and utilization data analysis.
  • Proven organizational skills, ability to prioritize in order to meet deadlines and provide high quality service to clients.
  • A flexible approach with the ability to adapt to changing conditions and priorities and to work in a collaborative team environment.
  • Distills complex information to the essential for client decision-making. Capable of participating in discussions with internal clients on design and space use concepts
  • Interpersonal skills with the ability to present to and communicate with demanding clients within the Business Units, managing expectations throughout the design and delivery process.
  • Computer skills in Microsoft platforms with a proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Teams.
  • Moderate travel may be required as this is a regional role.



Education and Experience
  • Bachelor or Master's degree in architecture, interior design / planning and workplace strategy.
  • 10+ years relevant workplace strategy, change management, data reporting, and space planning management skills in Corporate/Financial Services industry.
  • Change Management (CCMP, ATD, PROSCI) Certifications are advantageous.
  • NCARB, NDIDQ, LEED AP, Well Certification are advantageous.
